The U.S. Government is considering a foreign manufactured 30mm X 113mm high explosive cartridge which will be fired from the McDonnell Douglas M230 automatic cannon. The government intends to perform an evaluation test of existing non-developmental items (NDI) 30mm X 113mm high explosive cartridges against the U.S. Government requirement. This program will be limited to foreign manufacturers.
