The Air Cooler Assembly is used on the 378' WHEC Class Coast Guard vessels cooling system. The form, fit, and function of this Air Cooler Assembly must be exactly compatible with the system for which it is intended. All responsible sources have been given the opportunity to submit information describing their capabilities in supplying the above item in Issue No. PSA-1283, Tuesday, February 14, 1995. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Senior Engineering Company, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Delivery to be 180 days after contract award.
