The analyzer and components shall consist of: (1) 1fa resolution (includes 3.0m Kelvin triax cable, coax cable, interlock cable, connector plate, IBASIC, keyboard, and manuals, (2) Option 060 for 60 Hz line frequency (one each), (3) Option ABA, English manual set (one each), (4) 50629G, T&M productivity assistance (one day of application, engineering assistance to maximize measurement system productivity, includes travel through Zone 4. U.S.) (three each), (5) E3300A, IC-CAP and IC-MS both use this framework IC- CAP manual set (one each), (6) Option UBX, IC-CAP running on HP9000 Series 300/400 (one each), (7) E3301A, DC Measurement Drivers for SMU based DC products (i.e., HP 4145, 4141B, 4142B) (one each), (8) 4062UX, includes 1.6m standard system cabinet with emergency off unit, license to use 4062UX software, manuals, installation of HP-UX, BASIC/UX, and 4062UX hardware and software -- Contractor shall only provide an Option A70, one-time update to 4062UX for S700 includes 4062UX system software (DDS tape) for S700, installation manual, READ ME BEFORE and manual update (one each), (9) 4062UX7, UAH, HP4062UX S700 S/W Update Subscription (twelve each), (10) Option 026, UAH, HP4062UX S700 S/W Update Subscription. Provides updates to 4062UX, Hp-UX, and RMB/UX for S700. Includes licenses, documentation updates on paper, and S/W updates on DDS-DAT (twelve each), and (11) 4062UX H00, HP Test and Measurement Response Center Support for HP 4062UX Semiconductor Process Control System (twelve each). RCS of 4062B/C/UX are identical for multiple platform customers. Delivery is required 60 days after date of contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NIST intends to solicit one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 as Hewlett-Packard is the only known source that can provide the analyzer and components that are compatible with an existing Hewlett-Packard 4062UX test system. Only written proposals received within 45 days after date of publication of this synopsis shall be considered. Responses received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
