The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for one (1) each fast frame CCD camera. The following are the minimum specifications for the camera. (1) Back-illuminated CCD sensor with 350-1000nm spectral response (Antiblooming sensor preferred), (2) 100% optical fill factor, (3) fast frame transfer operation, (4) 200 full frames/sec (multiport parallel readout or 8-bit single stream), (5) 512 x 512 pixel minimum format with pixels no smaller than 16 micron, (6) user selectable independent on-chip binning for the horizontal and vertical directions, (7) low dark current ((400 pA/cm squared at 23 degrees Celcius), (8) 12 bit digital readout for each pixel, (9) RS-422 compatible digital output levels, (10) camera must output frame sync, line sync, pixel clock and data valid pulses, (11) user selectable integration time (frame start and end pulses supplied by the user), (12) C-mount lens interface with the CCD face must be no more than 10 mm from the front face of the housing, FOB destination, required delivery is 90 days after receiving order.
