Environmental Protection Agency, (EPA) is extending its current Warehouse Operations and Labor Services Contract No. 68- W0-0016 with Transcontinental, Post Office Box 128, Dunn, NC 28334. These services shall include maintaining ten (10) facilities in the Washington, D. C. area. A major responsibility is the need for skilled labor services within these ten buildings to provide labor services required for operation of EPA's warehouse to include shipping, receiving, storage (on-site and off-site), moving services. The planned extension is for a not to exceed twelve month period, consisting of two (2) 6 month option periods, effective April 1, 1995 to September 30, 1995, and October 1, 1995 to March 31, 1996. An RFP for the follow-on contract was advertised in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) on October 21, 1994, under RFP Number W500002-A2. (See Note 22). (0062)
