Comstock, 415/604-3003 NASA-Ames Research Center has a requirement to procure software to enhance the capabilities of the current Ames Electronic Forms System. Specifically, the existing 204 Informed Manager concurrent user licenses (#6V6V9002120-49067) will be increased by 400 for a total of 604 concurrent licenses and the 820 Informed Revision Distributor user licenses will be incresed by 1000 for a total of 1,820. In addition, a one-year software maintenance agreement will be purchased for the Informed Manager concurrent user licenses. Currently, the Ames Electronic Forms System uses the Informed Manager Software, Informed Number Server, and Informed Revision Distributor. The specific requirements that this software procurement must support are identified hereinafter. The expanded software license must work and be compatible with the existing Ames Electronic Forms System. Specifically, it must: (1) Read files created with Informed Designer; (2) Access existing Revision Distributor history file; (3) Access previously completed forms; (4) Access the Informed Number Server history file; (5) Access Informed Database extensions; (6) Run on AppleShare 4.0 server; and (7) Be scriptable and attachable under AppleScript. Delivery is required thirty (30) days after date of contract award. Free on board destination is NASA-Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA MidRange Program approved by the Office of Federal Procure ment Policy on August 22, 1994. In addition, this requirement is being conducted on a full and open competition basis.
