The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for an additional 1,330 person hours of engineering support services in continued support of contract number N00167-91-D-0043. Services include: strategic planning support and performance of technical analysis tasks for FSSVP, consisting of strategic management expertise for strategic planning analysis and program development, along with related program appraisal and program office support, target vulnerability analysis, technical support, consists of performing analysis tasks with regard to target vulnerability weapons effectiveness, integration of intelligence, modeling, and empirical analysis. This is a sole source procurement. Negotiations are anticipated with COMARCO Inc. Weapons Engineering & Test Division/Studies & Analysis, Ridgecrest, CA. CBD numbered note 22 applies insofar as the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. (0062)
