B -- JOINT LAND USE STUDY (JLUS) The City of Altus, Oklahoma, has been awarded a grant through the Office of Economic Adjustment/Office of the Secretary of Defense. The funds will be used to partially fund a JOINT LAND USE STUDY (JLUS) for the City of Altus and Altus Air Force Base. The services of a consultant is needed to perform the tasks as defined in the proposal. The Invitation for RFP documents may be examined and/or obtained at the Office of Central Purchasing, (405-481-2275) 214 E. Commerce, Altus, Okla 73521, during regular business hours, beginning March 6, 1995. One Bid-Pack may be obtained by each offeror at no cost. All interested offerors may submit a proposal in accordance with the RFP Invitation and submit it to the Office of Central Purchasing, 214 E. Commerce, Altus, Okla 73521 no later than 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, March 17, 1995. All proposals must be in a sealed envelope marked JLUS PROPOSAL. No proposals will be accepted for consideration after the time period specified. All proposals will be evaluated only on the criteria identified in the packet. Any proposal not fully addressing each criterion will be considered a non-responsive offer and will be eliminated from further consideration. The actual awarding of the contract is tentatively scheduled for April 19, 1995. The City of Altus will notify all unsuccessful offerors of the contract award after a successful bid has been accepted and the contract is executed.
