The St. Louis Housing Authority seeks qualifications from Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Firms for the Comprehensive Modernization For Clinton Peabody, Phase IV, St. Louis, MO. The Clinton Peabody comprehensive modernization will involve 177 apartments of various sizes, in 14 buildings. Offerors must submit their qualifications in accordance with the SLHA solicitation documents which may be obtained from the above address. The solicitation, which may be obtained from the above address, shall be submitted, and all forms filled out in their entirety. The envelope that is supplied, shall be clearly marked ``Qualifications'' and show the project name and number, name of offeror and the date and time qualifications are due on the cover of the envelope. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications or to accomplish this work by any means determined to be in the best interest of the Authority.
