Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, tools and other items required to remove existing fuel dispensing stations, underground fuel storage tanks, underground used oil tanks, oil/water separators, and associated appurtenances and to replace with new covered fuel dispensing stations, above ground fuel storage tanks, above ground used oil collection tanks, new oil/water separators, and associated appurtenances and accessories at four locations in Western Washington (Camp Murray, Tacoma; Boeing Field, Seattle; Paine Field, Everett; and Bellingham). ECC is between $500,000 and $1 million. Time of completion is 240 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Interested concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in bidding as the prime or as a subcontractor on the project, evidence of capability to perform including references for similar work with contract numbers, points of contact, and telephone numbers, and if appropriate, a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. In addition, dollar amount of current construction bonding capability is required. The contracting Officer will utilize the information received to make a decision to issue this solicitation as set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) or as ''Unrestricted''. Therefor, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, or small disadvantaged business. If you reply to this Pre-Solicitation Notice, you will not be required to reply to the Synopsis when it appears in the Commerce Business Daily.
