Martinez, Contract Specialist, at (505) 678-4817 or Mr. Dennis Sutton, Contracting Officer at (505)678-7375 The solicitation sets forth requirements for the repair/replacement of commercial and residential roofs at various locations on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico, in accordance with drawings and specifications for Repair/Replace Roofs, WS-Z090-94 (WS-PD-4079-94), dated September 1994. The anticipated price range is more than $10,000,000.00 for the base year and two one-year options with a minimum guarantee of $50,000.00 for the base year. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. The applicable SIC code is 1542. The small business size standard is small if average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years do not exceed $17.0 million. A Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipated. Period of performance will be a one year base period from effective date of award with two one-year options to extend. Exact project completion time will be specified in each delivery order issued. It is anticipated that the IFB will be issued on or about 30 March 1995 with an estimated closing date of 30 April 1995. Solicitation packages are available at no charge.
