Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia Site, is seeking expressions of interest and general information from potential manufacturers regarding Fiber Optic Sensors that are currently being used in industrial applications. The purpose of this investigation is to determine the availability of commericial developed Fiber Optic Sensors capable of measuring the moisture content in a stream of extremely dry air. This is not a request for proposal and does not commit the Government to the award of a contract. Any comments provided may/may not be included in a formal solicitation. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
