products described below by placing a delivery order against GSA ADP
Schedule GS00K94AGS5035 with EPS Technologies of Jefferson, SD. 0001
486 ISA/VESA SYSTEM, 60 each. Salient Characteristics: 486
Microprocessor (Pentium Upgradeable) running at 66 MHz with a minimum
of 256K Cache, 2 VESA Slots, and 16 MB RAM (minimum of 70 nanosecond).
Onboard- expandable to 128 MB, SVGA 14-inch Monitor, 32 Bit VESA Local
Bus SVGA Adapter Card with 1 MB RAM, 32 Bit VESA Local Bus IDE
Controller Card, 101 Keyboard, mouse, 1 parallel/2 serial ports, 1.44
MB and 1.2 MB floppy drives, minimum 340 IDE hard drive (including all
cables, connectors, and mounting hardware). Must be capable of
supporting at least two PCMCIA cards of the Type II Height
configuration. Must contain Microsoft Windows V3.11 and Microsoft
Office Professional. 0002 EAGLE NE2000 3 PLUS, Part number
883-002650-001, 31 each. Salient Characteristics: 16 Bit ISA Network
Interface Cards, including 10BASET, 10BASE2, and AUI connectors on each
card. 0003 MICROSOFT WINDOWS V3.11 or latest version software and
documentation, 31 each. 0004 MICROSOFT OFFICE PROFESSIONAL V4.3 or
latest version, 31 each. Includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS
Mail and MS Access software and documentation. 0005 Two-Year Standard
Warranty for each of the 486 ISA/VESA Systems, 60 each COMPATIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS: All equipment specified must be certified for NETWARE
V3.11 Workstations and WINDOWS NT. Client Workstations. Item 0002 must
be compatible with NOVELL V3.11 and WINDOWS NT; must provide drivers
for both NOVELL V3.11 Client/Server and WINDOWS NT Client/ Server; must
be exact make and model to ensure compatibility with existing
Government Systems. All responsible sources are invited to identify
their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement. Responses
should be submitted within 15 days after the date of publication of
this notice and should contain price quotations and clear and
convincing documentation indicating that it is advantageous to the
Government, price and other factors considered, to consider sources
other than the GSA ADP Schedule identified above. A request for a
solicitation document will not be considered an affirmative response to
this notice. All affirmative written responses will be fully
considered. If no affirmative written responses are received within the
15 day period, an order will be placed against the GSA ADP Schedule
identified above. No solicitation document currently exists. No
contract award will be made on the basis of responses received to this
notice. If responses received indicate that it is to the Government's
advantage to consider sources other than a GSA ADP Schedule, this
requirement will not be synopsized again. A solicitation document will
be prepared and all firms responding to this notice will be included
