NCCOSC RDT&E Division intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract for engineering services in support of the Integrated Undersea Surveillance System (IUSS) and the Battle Group Passive Horizon Extension System (BGPHES). Systems engineering services are required for the following subsystems: Inter Array Communication, Integrated Communication System, Inter Array Processor, Target Data Processor, Target Tracking System, and Universal Communications Processor. The services shall be for a base period of three years and two one year option periods. Total estimated level of effort: 222,040 hours. Contractor must have, or be able to posses, a security clearance at the TOP SECRET level. Interested parties are invited to respond to this synopsis.
