Preventative Maintenance/Inspection and repair for the existing voice radio/communication equipment located at the Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, the Naval EOD School, EODTC, Stump Neck, MD and Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, White Oak Detachment. The contractor is repsonsible for providing a trailer as his ''base of operation'' which will be located at Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center. Preventative maintenance and inspection of all radios and equipment to be performed once and inspection of all radios and equipment to be performed once annually. The contractor shall schedule one qualified service technician to be on-site at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, MD two days a week, four hours per day to repair equipment/systems. All repairs shall be performed at NSWC Indian Head where possible. Contractor shall provide own equipment and have a valid FCC license. Duration of the contract period is base and three option years.
