It is the intention of this solicitation to provide and secure a contract for recycling services at the Naval Educatin and Training Center, Newport, RI. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, supervision and management required for the pick-up, processing and recycling materials at various locations at the Naval Education and Training Center, Newport, Rhode Island. SIC: 4953. The size standard is $6.0 million annual receipts for preceding three fiscal years. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should be as early as possible not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued Unrestricted without further notice.
