Remove and dispose of existing ceiling/wall panel and floor (vinyl asbestos tile) finishes believed to contain encapsulated asbestos throughout building interior. Provide replacement subtrates and finishes. Provide retrofit of interior finish substrates for structural protection and fire zone compartmentation for existing and proposed walls and ceiling. Replace theater seating. Replace existing condensing unit, make associated HVAC connectons and air distribution system modifications.
