The work includes but is not limited to furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the following work: Remove twelve (12) wooden Pin Decks and replace with a High Density Phenolic Particle Board or Phenolic Core. Remove sixteen (16) Synthetic Pin Decks and replace with a High Density Phenolic Particle Board or Phenolic Core. Remove existing Wooden Flat Board Gutters from the twenty-eight (28) bowling lanes and replace with new Wooden Flat Board Gutters. Overlay the entire existing twenty-eight (28) wood bowling lanes, approach and approach fill with a Synthetic overlay system (High Density Phenolic Particle Board or Phenolic Core). All work shall meet the American Bowling Congress (ABC) and the Women Bowling Association (WBA) requirements. All work shall be done on a non-shut down basis at night from 11:00 pm to 11:00 am so the Bowling Center is not disrupted. Cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 This is a firm fixed price contract. Period of performance not to exceed 150 calendar days. This is not set aside for small business concerns. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 13 March 1995. No charge for first bid package. Bid opening date of 6 April 1995 is approximate.
