Work to consist of removal of eleven (11) underground storage tanks (USTs), six (6) aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), overexcavation of contaminated soils (if required), installation of ten (10) USTs, and one (1) AST, remove and replace piping systems, install central monitoring system, concrete and asphalt replacement, parking lot pavement, lighting system and site restoration in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
