Contractor is required to provide all material, equipment, supplies, supervision, etc. for removal and replacement of 15 (fifteen) 1000 gallon underground home heating oil storage tanks. Work shall consist of the removal and disposal of the underground storage tanks in accordance with Permanent Closure and Charges-In-Service Regulations cited in EPA Underground Storage Tank Regulations (40 CFR 280). Tanks shall be replaced with new 500 gallon, UL listed, double walled tanks with overspill and leak detection systems. The tanks are for residential service at the USDA, ARS,U.S. Sheep Experiment Station, Dubois, Idaho. IFB No. 14-91H2-95 will be available on or about March 14, 1995.
