The Government intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price contract with Scientific Atlanta, Inc., 4388 Shackleford Road, Norcross, GA 30068. This requirement for Calibration and Maintenance of AN/SRQ-4 Automated Indoor Compact Antenna Range Test Set and Data, which consists of an anechoic chamber, a positioning system, interconnecting cabling, and a Scientific Atlanta (SA) Model 2083 antenna analyzer system. The electronic test equipment required for testing and calibration is proprietary to Scientific Atlanta and is not available from any other source. The FAR cite supporting other than full and open competition is 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
