All software is one copy unless otherwise stated. The software operates on equipment located in St. Louis, Mo. The period of performance is 1 Oct 94 through 30 Sep 95. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all interested parties that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Any offeror who responds to this synopsis shall submit pricing in the aggregate amount with their response within 15 days of this notice first appearing in the CBD. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Pricing must include the maintenance of the software identified above, transportation, installation, and GSA schedule number, if any.
