Services are for a one (1) year period with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods. If option(s) is exercised, total duration shall not exceed 3 years. Maximum yearly cost limitation shall be $700,000.00 with a minimum of $14,000.00 guaranteed. Both technical and cost proposals are required for evaluation.
