The Contractor shall provide ADP Technical Support Services for Western Area Power Administration, Phoenix Area (PA) Office. These services include Program Development utilizing several programming languages, including, but not limited to COBOL, FORTRAN, C, and BASIC, as well as a variety of software packages, including FORMS, INFO, C++, SYBASE, QUERY, PRISAM, XBASE, SQL, ORACLE, ACCESS, Business Objects, and Graphic User Interface (GUI) type languages and tools. Provide job control language for interfacing and executing programs. Develop programs and procedures for IBM compatible personal computers. Procedure Development - develop automated procedures in the form of CPL, SQL, SCRIPT, JCL, UNIX, and DOS BATCH and Prime Command files. Program Conversion - convert a limited number of programs resident on the PA computers as system requirements dictate. Program Execution Assistance - assisting computer program users to assure correctness in operation. Editing and File Maintenance - create and maintain files for accounting, marketing, engineering, etc. User Training - train PA staff on hardware and software systems. Documentation and Computer Operations - responsible for computer system security, system software release, implementation, system backups, and related procedures. Period of Performance is 2-year base with three 1-year option periods. The anticipated RFP issue date is on/or about April 14, 1995. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
