Pending internal approval, the Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a two year period against Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-5623 with Westinghouse Norden Systems, Norden Place, P.O. Box 5300, Norwalk, CT 06856. Orders will be issued for the repair parts, repair alterations, overhaul, refurbishment and maintenance for the AN/SPS-67 Radar. This includes all materials and services incidental to such work, such as repair parts, components, accessories, documentation, storage, inventory functions or shipping and handling. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Westinghouse Norden is the sole producer of the AN/SPS-67 Radar. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
