The pre-bid conference will be held o/a 2 May 1995 at 1400 hrs at Building 70, Dining facility, Camp Ashland, Ashland, Nebraska. Bid opening date will be o/a 16 May 1995. Contract start date will be o/a 23 Jun 1995. The Nebraska National Guard has a requirement for operation of a Government-owned dining facility located at Camp Ashland, Nebraska.
