R -- SINGLE FAMILY FIELD REVIEW OF APPRAISALS SOL H05R95015900000 POC Contact Judy Yost, Contract Specialist 312/886-2759. Perform on-site single family field review of appraisals on an as-needed basis for the HUD Detroit, Michigan Office for one year from the date of award, with two one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The Contractor shall be a State licensed or certified appraiser. The reviews will examine the accuracy and quality of FHA appraisals performed by authorized appraisers. Some reviews will require interior examinations of the properties. Three geographic areas have been defined, with the intention of awarding three contracts as a result of this solicitation. Offerors must demonstrate experience with valuation principles and procedures and the capacity to perform the estimated quantity of reviews.
