The US Army has a requirement for engineering and technical services in support of the design, fabrication, and testing of energetic materials and systems, including propellants, propelling charges, explosives and munitions. Specific task descriptions will be tailored to include, but not limited to, ballistic testing of solid and liquid propellants, vulnerablility and hazards analyses on propellants, and experimental studies of energetic materials.
