Provide grounds maintenance service at the Indian Health Service compound, San Xavier Reservation, located south of Tucson, Arizona. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, chemicals, equipment and tools required to maintain the grounds. Grounds maintenance services shall include one-time cleanup work of the IHS compound to remove all weeds, trash, and miscellaneous debris and rodent extermination services. On-going grounds maintenance work to be performed weekly, monthly and/or quarterly, includes but is not limited to watering and aerating lawns, trees and shrubs, mowing, sweeping of pavements and parking areas, trimming of trees and shrubs, quarterly rodent control treatments and weed control applications and treatments, fertilization of lawns, trees and shrubs, maintaining and installing landscaping and lawn and tree sprinkling/bubbling systems, dethatching lawn areas, replacement of dead/dying bushes/trees, repair or replacement of all broken or non-functional lawn sprinkler heads. Period of performance to be effective one year from date of award plus two one-year option periods. Anticipated solicitation issue date is March 20, 1995.
