Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, and transportation for the performance of multiple trades to supplement manpower at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. The following tradesmen will be required: laborer; grounds maintenance laborer; maintenance carpenter; carpet layer; maintenance electrician; heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning mechanic; locksmith; maintenance trades helper; mason maintenance; millwright; painter maintenance; pipefitter maintenance; plumber maintenance; sheet metal worker maintenance; welder combination maintenance; woodcraft worker; fire alarm system mechanic; and fire extinguisher repairer. This will be a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity/delivery order type contract with a $50,000.00 minimum and a $1,000,000.00 maximum. Period of performance is for one year with four additional option years of twelve months each. A site inspection will be conducted, date to be specified in the soliciation.
