Proposed procurement of Janitorial, Pest Control and Minor Maintenance Services for the Richard B. Russell Resource Manager's Office, Resident Engineer's Office, and Dam and Powerplant near Elberton, Georgia. Work to be performed shall include janitorial cleaning and policing grounds, maintenance, pest control, vegetation removal, cleaning of Government vehicles, turbine pits, galleries, drainage gutters and sumps. It is estimated that the solicitation will be issued on 24 March 1995. Award will be for a one-year indefinite delivery-type contract with the option to extend the contract for two one-year periods. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $12 million.
