The buildings, totaling approximately 685,000 square feet, include institutional, storage, office and living quarters. They are one and two story frame buildings, two and three story stucco buildings and single story brick houses on slabs. Most buildings have crawl space and all have attics. The period of performance is the 12-month period beginning O/A 6/1/95 with options to extend for two 12-month periods. The IFB will be issued O/A March 30, 1995.
