T -- PUBLISH YEARBOOK SOL nocost-5021-0001 DUE 033195 POC Contract Specialist, ANGELA LOCKE EXT 230, (910)396-4362 Provide services to include layout, design, authoring, photographers, photography equipment, film and processing, publishing and bulk distribution for the 1995 Camp All American Yearbook for the First Region (ROTC) U.S. Army Cadet Command 1995 Summer Camp at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Contractor is to be available from the last week in May 1995 through the first week of August 1995. Contractor will work in field environment and may work some evening hours and weekends. Contractor shall be responsible for all sales, marketing, soliciting, and collecting all revenues. Contractor shall look to yearbook sales to cadets, advertising and sales of 8''x10'' color platoon photos to cadets to fund costs of production. All money transactions shall be voluntary between Contractor and cadets. No Government funds, stationery or other materials shall be used to publish or distribute the Yearbook. The Yearbook shall contain a minimum of 116 pages with 24 of those pages of color photographs, black textured hardback cover sized 8-3/4'' x 11-1/4'' with gold lettering, printing on 80 lb gloss paper or better, and Smyth-sewn binding with rounded backing or better.
