All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FHWA. To receive a copy of the solicitation submit a written request to the address indicated above. To expedite the request, please furnish two self-addressed gummed labels for each solicitation requested. The solicitation number should appear on the bottom edge of the labels. The due date listed in block 10 is only an estimated due date, the actual due date will depend upon the exact date the solicitation is issued.
