The units must be diesel powered, have an air cooler package to provide 100% oil and moisture free air, must provide at least 1300 CFM and 150 PSI, and capable of running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A whip-check must be supplied with each air compressor as well as a moisture separator (electric type) after cooler. All hoses, couplings, and fittings must be 3''. Units must be free standing and must be mobile (capable of being towed). Tractor trailer mounted is not acceptable. F.O.B. Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA.
