Repairs, Phase I (V-66 & SP-90), Specification No. 05-93-2764:
Structural repairs to two (2) covered concrete reservoirs at Naval
Base, Norfolk, Virginia. Water Pump Station Repairs, Phase III (CA-69
& Q-1), Specification No. 05-93-2774: Replacement of pumps, motors,
controls, and piping, and incidental related work, at two (2) potable
water pumping stations at Naval Base, Norfolk, Virginia. The work also
includes the removal and disposal of lead-based paint, and/or items
coated with lead-based paint. Demolition of Reservoir, LP-5,
Specification No. 05-93-5414: Demolition of covered concrete reservoir
at Naval Air Station, Norfolk, Virginia and incidental related work.
Water Reservoir Repairs, Phase II (SP-84, V-148 & LP-120),
Specification No. 05-93-5424: Structural repairs, painting, and
incidental related work at three (3) elevated water storage tanks at
Naval Air Station, Norfolk, Virginia. The work also includes the
removal and disposal of lead-based paint, and/or items coated with
lead-based paint. Water Reservoir Repairs, Phase III (Q-2, 3); CEP-157;
CA-61, 62), Specification No. 05-93-5425: Structural repairs, painting,
and incidental related work at three (3) steel and two (2) concrete
ground-level water storage tanks at Naval Base, Norfolk, Virginia. The
work also includes the removal and disposal of lead-based paint,
and/or items coated with lead-based paint. Water Pump Station Repairs,
Phase I (SP-84, 90; V-66, 148), Specification No. 05-94-2226: Replace
pumps, motors, controls, and piping and incidental related work, at
two (2) water pump stations; and modify valve pits and piping at two
elevated water storage tanks, all located at Naval Air Station,
Norfolk, Virginia. The work also includes the removal and disposal of
lead-based paint, and/or items coated with lead-based paint. Water Pump
Station Repairs, Phase II (LP-5, CEP-151), Specification No.
05-94-2227: Replace pumps, motors, controls, and piping, and incidental
related work, at two (2) potable water pump stations at Naval Base,
Norfolk, Virginia. The work also includes the removal and disposal of
lead-based paint, and/or items coated with lead-based paint. Plans and
specifications will be available on or about 21 March 1995. A limited
number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first-come,
first serve basis. A check or money order for $25.00 payable to the
Treasury of the United States is required as a non-refundable charge
for each set of bidding data. The check or money order must accompany
your written request for bidding data. Written requests must be
received in the office of the Officer in Charge of Construction,
Building Z-140, Third Floor, Room 309, Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia
23511-5000 no less than five (5) working days prior to bid opening if
you want the bidding data mailed. If your check is received less than
five (5) working days prior to bid opening, we will attempt to contact
you and afford you the opportunity to pick up a bid package. Estimated
cost range: $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. All responsible sources may
