The work to be performed includes the following features but not limited to these: 1. Prepare 37 beams for repair. 2. Replace four (4) beams in their entirety. Provide knee brace on one (1) beams. 3. Provide 32 sets of Post-tensioning strand retention assemblies. 4. Provide Post-tensioning strands and tensioning as specified. 5. Prepare, prime, and paint beams where and as indicated. The general outline of the principal features does not in any way limit the responsibilities of the contractor to perform the work under this contract. Estimated magnitude between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Type of KT: Firm-fixed price construction. Performance period is 90 days from date of award.
