A -- NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT MODIFICATION FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT WORK TO WALES, LTD FOR ISRAELI MIDDLE-EAST AND THEATER DEFENSE SA&I POC Mr. Marc Lesser, Contracting Officer, (703) 693-1544, CBD Reference Number BMDO 95-08. The Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO) plans to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract modification to Wales, Ltd for Systems Architecture and Integration (SA&I). This contract modification will have a period of performance of two years, from July 1995 through June 1997. This is an extension of BMDO contract HQ0006-93-C-0015 with Wales, Ltd. Wales, Ltd is presently performing R&D work integral to the Architecture Study for Israeli Middle-East and Theater Defense. Under this contract modification, Wales, Ltd will provide system design updates, conformance assurance of related activities, and sensitivity studies and analyses for the Israeli Middle-East Theater Defense Architecture Study and Development Program.
