Maintenance is required for the period of 1 Oct 1995 through 30 Sept 1996. The required Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM) is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (local time at each individual site) with a four (4) hour response time. This information will however be considered only if clear and convincing documentation including technical and pricing information is furnished within 15 days of this synopsis. The interested source must also show that it is advantageous to the Government to consider its product or service. If no affirmative written responses are received within 15 calendar days after the publication of this notice, a Delivery Order will be placed with National Computer System (NCS) against their GSA Schedule Contract. THIS SYNOPSIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO PLACE A GSA DELIVERY ORDER AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. The Government WILL NOT PAY for information received. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED, NO ADDITIONAL SYNOPSIS WILL BE PUBLISHED. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
