Provide (1) FTE Licensed Physical Therapist to perform patient evaluation and treatments to eligible veterans with main focus being outpatients, with some inpatient work load as needed for backup of VA employees. Provide (1) FTE Licensed Physical Assistant to perform direct patient care in support of the Physical Therapists. The anticipated contract period is from May 1, 1995 - September 30, 1995, with (2) one year options. Work hours at the DVA Medical Center, Iowa City, Iowa, will be 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. Medical personnel must be licensed or eligible by the ATPA in the state of Iowa and provide workers compensation and professional liabiliy insurance. Experience with geriatric patients is preferred. Anticipated issue date is March 21, 1995 and closing date for receipt of proposals will be 30 days thereafter.
