RFP for Mississippi Licensed Real Estate Broker Management Services for HUD-owned Single Family Properties in the Southwest Mississippi area which consists of the following counties: Warren, Claiborne, Copiah, Jefferson, Lincoln, Lawrence, Adams, Franklin, Wilkinson, Amite, Pike, and Walthall. Contractor must maintain an office or have the capacity to open an offce within the area to be serviced as to provide reasonably convenient service to HUD and its clients in the area. Contractor must have the experience and ability to prepare repair specifications and provide sales recommendations to HUD. Bid packages will be ready for mailing on or about April 3, 1995. The negotiated contract will be for 1 year with the possibility of four 1-year options. This solicitation is a 100 percent small business set-aside.
