Ginnie Mae is seeking a master subservicer for its multifamily mortgage backed securities portfolio. The successful offeror shall perform the complete range of services expected of a GNMA multifamily housing issuer/servicer. Only companies approved to issue multifamily pools in the GNMA program may apply. RFP GNMA-95-A-02 will be issued on or about April 3, 1995. Proposals will be due 45 days after issuance. Proposals for this requirement may be submitted by all qualified concerns. The small business size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts for preceding three fiscal years not to exceed 3.5 million dollars. SIC 7389 applies.
