Material will be dictated into the Lanier VoiceWriter digital dictation system and transmitted via telephone lines to the contractor's facility. Transcribed material shall be uploaded by the contractor into the patient data files of the medical center's computer system within 24 hours of receipt of dictation. Estimated volume during initial year of contract is 624,000 lines. Contract includes two option years. Solicitation packages will be available on or about March 24, 1995, with bid opening folowing within approximately 30 days. (0067)
