ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE AND EFFECTIVE PROCESSES FOR PAINT REMOVAL The Structures and Materials Panel of AGARD will sponsor a Lecture Series on ``Environmentally Safe and Effective Processes for Paint Removal'' from 27-28 April 1995 in Portugal, from 1-2 May 1995 in Turkey and from 4-5 May 1995 in Germany. This Lecture Series will explore alternative methods of aircraft paint removal in consideration of environmental factors and effective application. Specific topics include Plastic Media Blasting, Wheat Starch Dry Media Blasting, Carbon Dioxide Pellet Blasting, Sodium Bicarbonate Blasting and Thermal Decomposition Methods (including laser, flash lamps and carbon dioxide).
