Approximate time will be one year with options for second, third, fourth, and fifth years. All responsible proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Management Plan, (B) Experience, (C) Equipment. Contract will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered.
