Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to perform the following: Removal of existing riprap and regrade upstream slope of embankment to receive new upstream slope protection. Construction of new upstream slope protection with either soil cement or riprap. Underwater removal of trashrack and screen on outlet works. Construction and underwater installation of new steel pipe intake and trashrack. Construction and replacement section of gate tower, new access bridge with security fencing and gating, conduit air vent and sluice gate tower, new access bridge with security fencing and gating, conduit air vent and sluice gate. Design, construction and partial removal of temporary excavation of existing 60 in. diameter corrugated metal pipe at downstream end of outlet conduit. Construction of concrete impact stilling basin at downstream end of outlet conduit. All work is to be performed at the Storrie Lake Dam, Las Vegas, New Mexico.
