The Sacramento Air Logistics Center is seeking to identify sources of supply that can provide integrated loadline (gas transfer) systems that can collectively process approximately 1250 inert gas samples per week from existing gas transfer tubes. Each system will measure and record the volumes of 2-8 cc gas samples with a precision of 0.15% and then load the gas into existing counting apparati. Each system must limit residual contamination between sample loads to 0.05% or less. System must be as automated as feasible, but still must allow operators to manually actuate/perform any of their automated mechanical, measurement and data-recording functions. Systems must have a modular design which facilitates ease of maintenance. All systems will be physically and operationally compatible with McClellan Central Laboratory facilities and processes.
