This item shall meet the following minimum requirements. This system shall be designed to treat quality fixer containing silver, to discharge levels of below 5 ppm silver without secondary silver recovery cannisters. These requirements are required by the EPA, the State of Connecticut and the City of West Haven. Only prospective sources are being sought.
