Sledge tel: 601/377-1845 81 CONS intends to negotiate a procurement on a sole source basis with the REDY Company, a division of COBE Renal Care, 1185 Oak St, Lakewood CO 80215 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) for two REDY 2000 hemodialysis machines, COBE Catalog No. 604487-006, with the following components (1) container kit, 604450-000, (2) MYRM-L meter with stand, 605221-000, (3) maintenance tool kit, 605306-000, and (4) cart, 603346-001. No other source has been identified as capable of supplying a portable hemodialysis machine that performs dialysis without the use of a reverse osmosis water treatment center. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 Mar 95.
