The services branch intends to issue a delivery order to Rational Software Engineering Solutions Inc. against GSA Contract No: GS00K94AGS6434-PS01 for the following services: continued analyst support for the Rational Software Environment, to assist software developers and programers currently using Rational Software products on a Sun2000 hardware platform. Contractor will provide Rational product training, assistance in design and implementation of ADA systems, consultation on structuring projects in the environment, and assistance in customizing the environment. Contractor will be required to perform required services at Scott AFB IL, as well as assist team members located in O'Fallon IL. Contractor will provide 1200 hours of on-site service to the government. Upon government request for on-site visit, contractor will be allowed 24 hours for response time. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal must respond within 15 days of this notification. Written responses must include supplier, contract number, prices, payment and delivery terms. All responses from responsible sources will be considered, provided the above information is submitted. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may dtermine that a solicitation be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
